Today she rolled over from her back to her tummy for the first time, and I almost missed seeing it! I got roll #2 on video. Last week we let Nico "cry it out" for the first time. She went on for an hour and twenty minutes. That was awful. We decided it was time try letting her cry herself to sleep because she was starting to only want to fall asleep on me, and after feeding her at night she would only go back to sleep of I let her sleep on me.
Now Nico falls asleep after 15 or 20 minutes of crying, and goes right back to sleep after I feed her at night. She still has not slept an entire night in her "room" because I bring her back into our room and in into her bassinet to sleep until she wakes up for the morning. I am not quite ready to have her completely out of our room yet.

I am commending you on how amazing your "baby voice" is. As in, it is not that annoying "baby voice". I am going to try really hard to have a nice camera/talking to baby voice like you do.
I don't know how you did it Billy G. but keep it up!
Are you serious AJ? I was contemplating drowning out my voice with music because I though I sounded so awful. I think everyone hates how they sound on camera though.
OK, I need a "Nico fix" RIGHT NOW please! She is too adorable! Where is the time going??...4 months already?
Isn't it funny how proud you get of a silly thing like rolling over? Great job Nico! :-)
P.S. I hate my camera voice too!
Nico is getting so big! She is just darling. Lexie and I were watching and cheering her on. Hope I get to see her before she turns one. Love you guys!
Ok after reading about the adorable child 3 times I finally get it. It isn't hair over 2 feet long but-----A hair over two feet long. I couldn't figure out the comparison to long hair.
All that aside she remains adorable, getting more so by the day. Love
