This is my first finished project from the book, Last Minute Patchwork + Quilted Gifts. It was really easy, except for the part when I sewed everything up and started to turn the blanket out only to realize I had sewn the top piece on the wrong way because of a typo in the book. But even with that setback it was really fast and easy. I just hope there are no more typos in the book.

Great job, it looks really nice!
Fabulous. I thought it was a pic from the book, it looks so professional -- the quiltwork is great, and the photography is great, too!
wow! and i agree- great fabric. all we have here is aloha print and maybe a few 980s florals.
Man, I miss CALifornia! I loved the pics of Morgan Hill. I love the drive from San Jose to Gilroy this time of the year. I love the new glasses! I love the blanket. Great job. I need to learn how to use my sewing machine!
